Job Description
Objective: Seeking an Energetic, Outgoing, Reliable individual who enjoys interacting with Clients and other employees
Position: Full-time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Minimum requirements:
- Must be articulate, pleasant & enjoy customer service
- Computer skills: Knowledge of Word, outlook email, must have strong typing skills
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in an Insurance agency is a plus but not required
- At least 2 years of experience working in Customer Service or as a Receptionist, working with multi-phone lines.
Daily tasks:
- Greeting clients
- Answering multi-line phone
- Sorting mail
- Responsible for incoming fax distribution via email.
- Taking customer payments & making change
- Special Agency projects
- Data Entry client's claims or Notes
- Assist the Customer service team when needed.
