Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Investments Company (CHESAPEAKE VA)

A Chesapeake VA based real estate investing tech company is conducting a search for a person with business administration experience, and knowledge of crowdfunding, marketing, promotions, event planning skills is a plus. Must be an extremely organized, very motivated, a “people person”.

Your primary functions will be to research investing portals to assist in setting up investment projects, and to provide Administrative Support for financial services, real estate transactions, and office management,

Candidate MUST be experienced:

Knowledge of various funding/investment strategies or willingness to research and learn, and experience in marketing and event planning,

Be well organized, co-organizing daily calendar, including overseeing appointments and deadlines, ordering office supplies, and assuring office is professional,

High use of email, answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking messages, texting, clearing voicemails,

Providing admin support such as writing/editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf

Tech savvy, social media junky, is MANDATORY, comfort building accounts for FB, IG, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, other

Set up social media profiles for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tic Tok, etc

Assisting the meeting a monthly deadline for investor financial reports, comfort and use of Microsoft Excel, and use of popular software, MS Word, PowerPoint, for updating company website, and assistance preparing reports and/or special projects

Comfort with celebrities, athletes, high profile individuals, and assist with event planning, or hire event planners, and oversee their work,

Good driving record and able to drive the executive to some meetings, or hire driver when needed,

Experience to hire other staff as needed

Make travel arrangements, and other office related as needed

Pay: $52,000 to $70,000 based on experience, plus bonuses shared with team when goals are achieved.

Hours: Full-time Mon to Fri 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Some weekends will be required for special events
