We are currently looking for a full time Executive Assistant that will provide high-level administrative support to the President/CEO.
Our Company: Community Mental Health Center, Inc. is a provider of comprehensive mental health services, offering inpatient, outpatient, home-based, school, and community-based programs to individuals and families in Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties in Southeastern Indiana. Position Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will:
Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the President/CEO.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Schedule and attend meetings, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of President/CEO, review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.
Perform office tasks including maintaining records, monitoring and tracking of data, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the President/CEO.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least two years of related experience preferred.

Pay Range: $40,000-$45,000 annually
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
