ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
COMMUNITY COUNSELING
Position: Administrative Assistant at Community Counseling
Reports to: Jennifer Cross Uherek
Status: Full-Time
Compensation & Benefits:
To be discussed with supervisor
OFFICE HOURS/EXPECTATIONS
HOURS:
Monday through Thursday, and occasional Sunday
TOP PRIORITY: Clients
Greeting, scheduling, and track billing for clients
JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet, schedule, and track billing for clients
- Make/respond to emails and calls for clients
- Accounting – Provide reports/papers to HR and Financial Department
- Prepare the office for therapists and clients each morning
- Maintain and order office supplies as needed
- Attend weekly Team Meetings with Counseling Team
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES AS NEEDED:
- Maintain and update Counseling Center Manual and Referral List
- File/organize old client files and center files
