Community Options is seeking a motivated self-starter for Housing Coordinator for our rapidly growing team. This position offers room for considerable growth within the organization. As a Housing Coordinator with Community Options, you have an important role. You will work with clients to assist them with securing stable housing and aid them with goal setting to mitigate barriers that are preventing them from maintaining this. You will also work cross-functionally with other teams to refer clients, so they are able to meet their goals. At Community Options, it is important to meet our clients where they are, so there is an expectation that you will travel and/or work outside of the office at least 60% of the time. The salary for this position is $18-$21 an hour depending on experience (DOE).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree and two (2) years of related work experience, i.e., human services, customer service, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree or additional related experience may be used in lieu of work experience and/or degree (up to four years)
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state will be required based on assigned job duties
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, and drug screening, and obtain ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of community resources
- Understanding of human services and welfare programs, and evidence-based model programs
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficient in the use of computers; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Networking skills to build relationships with staff
- Always maintain a professional manner with clients and in the community
