We are currently seeking a Data and QI Manager. This role supports the Quality Improvement department (QI) and assists with QI activities and management of a variety of data systems related to the clinical/medical model and the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; but not limited to these areas. Some of the main responsibilities include: entering data and managing uploads to Carisk and the DCF data system, ensuring data integrity for billing purposes, creating reports, forms and graphs, and data collection for special projects including QI, KPIs, and re-credentialing. This role reports directly to the VP of QI and Operations.
Qualified candidates must have:
- B.A. in computer science or human services or related field with at least 3 years of high-level data and systems support/experience
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Database management experience with a preference for electronic medical health records
- Ability to analyze issues, interpret and organize large amounts of data
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
