Looking for a qualified candidate who possesses the following skills:

• 3 years of experience in a managerial role preferred!
• RV/Manufactured Home Resort experience a plus.
• Must oversee park operations including billing, tenant application processing, reservations, utility billing, maintenance, and task delegation.
• Must oversee new construction and day-to-day operations of RV/Mobile Home Resort Community.
• Must enforce the Park Rules and Regulations
• Must be able to hire, train, and manage up to six (6) employees.
• Professionally and courteously manage inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns from residents (current and perspective) and follows up accordingly.
• Must have good customer service skills to interact with tenants and future applicants to maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Must be able to prioritize situations and emergencies regarding the property.
• Maintain property rentals by filling vacancies and showing vacant spaces to attract tenants.
• Meet and comply to deadlines required from property inspections and state code enforcement.
• Must possess computer skills such as composing emails, online database entry, word docx, and excel spreadsheets.
• Sales ability is a plus.

Salary:$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year based on experience
