Case Manager - Workforce and Education Annual Salary - $46,530 - $50,960 (per qualifications)
Position emphasis with Veteran population; Veteran candidates preferred and encouraged to apply.
- 40 hours per week M-F; In-office work at the Albany WorkSource Oregon

Our Workforce and Education Case Manager is a senior staff member working to assess client needs and pair them with available services as they work toward self-sufficiency. Incumbents will; provide vocational, personal, and family support, assist clients identify and develop skills, access resources through web-based programs, determine eligibility, write training plans, facilitate workshops, recruit clients and community partners, track participation and outcomes, and make referrals to other staff and partner agencies.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, education, social sciences, or related field, plus at least one year experience in vocational counseling or advising, adult education or job training preferred; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Valid driver's license, maintain minimum liability auto insurance and insurable driving record to operate vehicle on agency business.
