This position offers:
- $18.00 per hour, may be negotiable depending on experience.
- Full-Time (40 hrs./wk) - Monday to Friday hours between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Rare evening hours as needed.

As a Community Integration Specialist at IHELP, a community based housing support program, you are responsible to assist and support the individuals with their housing goal which could include finding and maintaining housing. You will also:
- Interact with landlords, case managers and others members of a treatment team.
- Be responsible to develop individualized treatment plans of functional skills instruction to promote independence, interdependence, and community integration. This instruction is individually scheduled and can be implemented in the individual's residential setting and/or community settings.
- Be willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma informed care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.
- Have a commitment to promote cultural, racial, language and gender access, diversity, equity and inclusion.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in human services (Social Work, Psychology, Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS), Sociology etc.) or related field from an accredited college or university; OR Associates degree from an accredited college or university or 60 college credits and two years of working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness/substance abuse issues/co-occurring disorders.
- Ability to search for apartments, network with landlords and build good rapport with customers (landlord/individuals).
- Ability to drive personal vehicle on a daily basis to transport individuals to appointments and to support their housing goal. Travel reimbursement provided!
- Strong time management skills.
- Be self-motivated, resourceful, and persistent, as well as a strong problem solver.
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings and meetings.
- Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
