We are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who are seeking professional growth, while making a difference in the lives of the men and women we serve! Apply ASAP!! We currently have multiple shifts available.

 

 

Starting Pay-Rate: $14 per hour. (We offer bonuses if you refer another qualified DSP who completes 90 days of work with Community Thriving)

We are currently hiring for our Swarthmore location.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist individuals with their daily living and independence skills/personal care.
  • Utilize Person Centered Plans to assess an individuals needs.
  • Administer medications and document appropriately.
  • Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities.
  • Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary home and comfortable atmosphere in the residence.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance with prescribed diets.

 

MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Experience with People with intellectual disabilities
  • Patience
  • Reliable Transportation
