Job Title: Healthcare Marketer

Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Location: Somerville, NJ

Pay: Starting at $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Education/Experience:

  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the home healthcare industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in health, health planning , and/or community organization.
  • Strong communication skills including public speaking.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare marketing position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for

Home Health and Hospice services, establishing a strong business presence and relationships with potential referral sources, and managing social media platforms, websites and other marketing materials.

Job Description:

  • Develops and executes marketing plans to increase brand visibility and business referrals
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with healthcare referral sources
  • Seek, cultivate, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
  • Develops strategies designed to expand the agency’s market share in assigned counties.
  • Oversees liaisons, ensuring coverage of existing and new territories
