About Community Watch Solutions: Community Watch Solutions LLC provides professional security officers and patrol services for high-end gated communities and golf course communities.
The Sergeant is expected to have the ability through training and experience to anticipate, recognize and reduce a security or crime risk and to take or initiate action to remove or reduce the risk or breach of security. The Sergeant is required to supervise, and train shift employees assigned under their charge. The Sergeant is responsible for performing duties in a professional and lawful manner in compliance with these directives. The Sergeant is required to follow the lawful request of any superior officer.
Duties included, but not limited to:
· Second in command managing a team of 5-6 Security Officers.
· Daily review of activity and incident reports.
· Respond to guest/resident issues.
· Ensure all posts and patrols have up-to-date pass-on logs and that the Security Officer(s) are aware of activities that are occurring or may impact his/her post or the security of the community.
· Ensure all security officers under his/her charge are fully knowledgeable of all duties and responsibilities.
· Conduct investigations and ensure all posts and patrols are trained and capable of conducting investigations that may be required during shift.
· Ensure that posts and patrols have necessary forms and equipment immediately available at all times during shift.
· Inspect shift personnel for proper and clean uniform attire.
· Provide back-up and assistance to other officers as required.
· Report writing experience is required.
· Gate and patrol security experience is required
