Production Associate

Title: 1st shift Production Associate 
Location: Denver, CO
Hours:  M-TH 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

As our Production Associate you’ll make an impact by:

• Setting proper date codes.
• Properly sealing and bagging machine.
• Verifying feed, bags, and tags before packaging.
• Checking feed for contamination at the start of each run.
• Setting up packer scale for proper weighing.
• Checking weigh bags as required.
• Maintaining proper production records.
• Stacking bags on pallets according to stack pattern.

What you need to succeed:

• Ability to work at a continuous fast pace and stand for long durations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards
• Capability to lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs
• Adaptability; ability to navigate volume, staffing and economy changes
• Collaboration; working successfully with different departments
• Critical thinking; observing and predicting roadblocks before they happen
• Organizational skills; being efficient and effective to positively impact production
• Strong communicator; ensuring everyone is on the same page
• High School Diploma or GED
