What you'll do here: Quickly and iteratively design wireframes and detailed designs Lead in the creation of user-centric, ego-less designs Proactively pitch new omni-channel CX ideas, backed by strong rationale Work independently in times of ambiguity Co-lead workshops and test planning Drive stakeholder alignment through early feedback sessions Design for flexibility, personalization and automation Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds. What you'll bring to the team: Around 5 years relatable experience Experience building, using, maintaining, and advocating for design systems. Proficiency with standard design, prototyping and productivity tools, including Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Suite. A clear understanding of what constitutes superior design and the drive to continually elevate standards. Demonstrable experience in designing, prototyping and launching exceptional end-to-end experiences. Ability to distill complex information and requirements into simple flows. Sound knowledge of web and mobile UI technologies. Eagerness to deeply understand customers and their needs. Thorough knowledge of usability and accessibility standards. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain your design decisions. Enthusiasm for design craftsmanship and a commitment to stay inspired. An online portfolio showcasing your design approach and impact, through highlighted work samples or case studies Bonus: experience in front end development Where you'll work: This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday through Thursday in office.
