Companions & Homemakers: Work from Home – Care Coordinator/Scheduler
Part Time Hours Available – 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 9am-7pm - You make your own schedule!
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our growing team at Companions & Homemakers, Inc.
This position entails working out of your home, calling and scheduling caregiver employees to meet the needs of our elderly clients in CT.
In business for over 30 years, Companions & Homemakers is seeking part time care coordinators to become a part of growing our team! If you are comfortable working on computers, gathering and conveying information over the phone, and solving the puzzle of finding the best match between client and caregiver…then we want to talk to you about joining our team!
We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. We are looking for people that like working in a fast-paced environment, have demonstrated strong customer service skills, use common sense to approach challenging situations, and possess straight forward and effective verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties will include:
- Utilize our scheduling system to identify and call caregivers for last minute coverage needs
- Politely control calls so they are handled efficiently and effectively
- Handle and prioritize multiple inbound calls at once
