A real estate firm is looking for a front desk person/office assistant. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to phone answering, scanning, emails, handle outgoing mail and office supply orders. The candidate will also assist in the rental evaluation process, manage inventory, communicate with the brokerage team and new tenants.
Good written and oral communications skills are required, Microsoft Office excel and word knowledge are needed. At least 1 year of experience is required. We work with Vero and Appfolio software. Knowledge of both is a plus but not required.
