Company Wrench is seeking qualified professionals to join the team of Heavy Equipment Technician in Jacksonville, FL. Shop and field positions are available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operations
o Diagnose, recondition, repair equipment, components, systems, and attachments.
o Think ahead and plan methods and sequence of performing assigned repairs.
o Research and order all parts and materials required to perform assigned repairs.
o Perform the repairs efficiently and effectively.
o Confirm that all repairs are completed as assigned.
o Ensure all unused parts and materials are returned per established methods.
o Maintain a safe and clean workspace and service truck.
o Power wash and clean equipment and attachments as needed.
· Record Keeping & Compliance
o Maintain legible records of notes, time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases as needed.
o All record-keeping methods are followed per established methods. The 3 C’s (complaint, cause, and correction) are always used and documented with all repairs.
o Comply with all policies, procedures, and methods established by the company.
o Maintain and care for all shop tools, equipment, and vehicles in your possession.
· Communication
o Provide the “Cutting Edge of Customer Service” to all.
o All communications with co-workers and customers are to be conducted in a professional and honest manner.
o Consistently advocate for Company Wrench and our equipment brands at all times.
· Training
o Training is to be completed as assigned.
o Training will be conducted virtually and in-person. Overnight travel may be required. A minimum of two weeks of in-person manufacturer training will be held annually.
