Our roastery is a brand new facility that has been years in the making, with your help we’re bringing it to life! No background in food manufacturing or coffee roasting is necessary. You’ll be responsible for helping the team complete daily, weekly and monthly production goals, sometimes working independently and sometimes with other members of the team.
We will train you on the tools and techniques required. The only hard and fast requirements are that 1) you are dependable and show up to work every day with a great attitude, ready to work hard, learn, and grow; and 2) you can lift 75lbs on your own, 150lbs with a buddy.
This is a physical job - expect that you’ll be on your feet for the better part of every day. It’s hard work, but nothing beats the feeling of making awesome products for real people to enjoy!
