ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF RETAIL DINING SERVICES

• We are hiring immediately for an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES position.
• Location: Arkansas Tech University; 215 W. O Street. Russellville, AR 72801. Note: online applications accepted only.

• Details: The assistant director of dining services is part of a salaried management team of 4. They will primarily manage the day-to-day food service operations of the retail dining space. Responsibilities include overseeing the retail dining food court, leading the frontline team, and other duties as assigned. Food court locations include: Slim Chickens, Starbucks, Jerry's Dinner, Tacos 4 Life. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks feeding 1700-1800 students on the meal plan. They will assist with other areas of food service management within residential dining and catering as needed.
• Requirement: Food service management experience
• Reports to: General Manager
• Salary: $60,000-65,000 per year
