JOB SUMMARY
The Data Programmer will have the opportunity to make code decisions and build cloud infrastructure and pipelines that will deliver data solutions to our Food and Beverage client, FLIK. You will help bring best practices to the team while collaborating with a team of Data Engineers. This position is fully remote. You will report to the Technical Program Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with our reporting, analytics, and data science teams to understand data sources and business requirements
- Program surveys and dashboards according to requirements provided by business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot survey design and data collection efforts
- Review survey requirement documents and provide clear and concise written feedback with regards to programming considerations
- Collaborate with Data Engineering team to ensure technical data requirements are met
- Support day-to-day project management, keeping all team members and stakeholders up to date on programming status, timing, risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Resolve support tickets for the survey program, e.g., updating survey content, granting user access, etc.
- Provides documentation on current and future processes to cross-train and allow team continuity.
- Delivers ad-hoc surveys for presentations and other requests.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years experience with programming languages (SQL, JavaScript)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- Experience building dashboards in Qualtrics or Tableau a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Monday.com a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
