Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently as directed.
- Maintain and organize confidential personnel files.
- Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents.
- Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
- Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, administrators, and supervisors.
- Assists with preparing copies, folders, and onboarding documents and materials.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience working in hospitality
- Ability to communicate, train and lead team members
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs Word, Excel etc
- Strong Computer skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills"
