This TOP food service operator will lead the campus dining and catering team for FRESH IDEAS! This individual will be responsible for the day to day residential dining hall operations and catering at JOHN BROWN UNIVERSITY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encouraging and sustaining excellent rapport with clients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Orchestrating the maintenance of uncompromising quality standards for all food offerings, catering to the discerning tastes of clients, customers, and staff.
- Championing comprehensive training and development initiatives for both management teams and associates, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Strategically steering the profitability of the account through astute leadership and innovative management strategies.
- Adapting to and effectively managing any additional responsibilities as delegated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality highly preferred, showcasing a commitment to excellence in the field.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in relevant leadership roles within CAMPUS DINING, demonstrating the ability to inspire and empower teams.
- Proficient in supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills, with a knack for guiding individuals toward success.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating seamless interaction and understanding across all levels of the organization.
- Exemplifying strong leadership skills, including vision, integrity, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
- Familiarity with financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational practices is advantageous, enhancing overall strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Extensive CATERING experience
