Overview:
We are seeking a Conference Solutions Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and customer service. This role offers the opportunity to support various functions within the organization and contribute to the successful execution of meetings and events and av projects. Some tasks include room sets and resets, furniture movement, Audio Visual support in corporate conference space, preventative room maintenance, troubleshooting of AV equipment. This is also a hybrid role supporting other job functions supporting our dining team and mail team on there day to day tasks when they are out of the office or need extra support for the day.
Duties:
-Assist colleagues and clients to ensure seamless meeting and event operations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and attendees
- Contribute to the overall success of events through organizational support
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
