The primary responsibilities of the Lead Community Manager are to provide the highest level of client care and service to the employees working in free addressing environments. The Lead Community Manager or CM is present to take full ownership of all office management operations. The CM acts as a neutral party encouraging neighboring business lines to adhere to the free addressing, shared workspace and clean desk guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of the client: company culture, key areas of activity to better create a "transparent" service when serving as an extension of the company.
- Perform multiple floor counts and floor checks daily, to maximize work space utilization.
- Conduct overall floor appearance site inspections and work with Building Operations to maintain the facility
- Assist with meeting room bookings, loaner device reservations and assist clients with the booking system.
- Oversee and provide support to the Community Manager
- Communicate effectively with peers and the management team, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Two years of guest service experience in hospitality industry
- Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share information with staff
- Exceptional customer service abilities
