**Overview** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Utility Worker to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for food service and are willing to help out in any capacity to ensure our customers receive exceptional dining experiences. The Utility Worker will assist with a variety of tasks to keep our kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, while also providing support to our cooks and servers. **Duties** - Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed - Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors - Help with food service, including bussing tables and delivering food - Assist with catering and banquet events as required - Help with kitchen organization and inventory management - Provide support to our cooks and servers as needed - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management **Requirements** - Experience in a food service environment, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting - Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment - Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures - Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required **Skills** - Bussing - Cook - Food handling - Catering - Clean - Kitchen - Help - Banquet - Food service - Restaurant
