Danish Care Center is accepting applications for our upcoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training class starting May 2024. Class time is approximately 8-10 weeks long and in session 5 days a week. Some weekends included.
CNA's are the front line caregivers for our residents. You will be learning skills needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and to care for our residents, including assisting residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
Ideal class candidates will be caring and hard-working individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and who are committed to enhancing the lives of our residents. Certified Nursing Assistant employment is offered to our students immediately upon passing certification. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available for shift flexibility. Preference given to those seeking Full Time employment after certification, but Part Time may be considered if able to commit to 24 hours per week.
Our residents need candidates who are committed to caring for them, so please do not apply if not seeking CNA employment post-certification.

Requirements
Employment offers are contingent upon the results of a background screening and reference check.
Must be TB and COVID-19 negative upon screening
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting.
