Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - Float to join our compassionate nursing team at Compass Health Network. As a vital member of our organization, you will provide direct nursing care across Psychiatry and Assertive Community Treatment Clinics, ensuring that we meet the critical health needs of the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage medication clinics for a diverse range of providers.
• Adapt to frequent schedule changes and travel to various clinics for nursing coverage and training.
• Operate independently in making informed decisions while managing deadlines, multitasking, and solving problems under varying levels of pressure.
• Advocate for patients and facilitate effective communication among patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver nursing care using a comprehensive approach in adherence to professional standards and guidelines.
• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient care to ensure a holistic approach tailored to individual needs.
• Engage with other healthcare team members to maintain continuity of care and promote collaboration.
• Conduct laboratory patient testing and reporting as directed by the Laboratory oversight.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current Licensure: Graduate Nurse (GN) or Registered Nurse (RN), with the requirement to pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation.
