## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at Ridgeside Apartments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
-Oversee Renovations & Capital Projects
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly
- Utilize logic controllers and voltmeters for diagnostics
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Fabricate parts when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in working with logic controllers, low voltage systems, and voltmeters
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.55 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
