Marketing Data Associate

As a Marketing Data Associate, your primary responsibility is to assist with data entry, analysis, and communication in order to maximize the sharing of information between departments. You will also assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

This is an entry-level position in the rapidly growing field of vacation rental marketing and advertising, and in-depth training will be provided. A great Marketing data candidate will be inquisitive, analytical, and a team player.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks on a consistent schedule
• Clean up and prepare data for analysis
• Perform data analysis and make decisions based on results
• Generate reports to support multiple departments
• Assist the marketing team to complete a variety of ongoing initiatives
• Additional tasks and projects as assigned by Marketing Manager

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• 1 years spreadsheet experience
• Algebra level math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of teamwork and communication
• Interest in digital marketing
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Vacation rental experience preferred
• Google Analytics experience preferred
• Google Data Studio experience preferred
• Google Ads experience preferred

Full time Monday through Friday. No weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
