We are seeking an Interior Designer to contribute to the mission and vision of Compass Studio. We need your help in bringing our clients’ dreams to life. Everyday duties of this position include presenting to clients, developing 3D rendered layouts and details, and selecting interior finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. What you’ll need:
· BS degree in Interior Design or similar.
· 5-10 years of working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new construction).
· Excellent portfolio of previous work.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
· Expertise in space planning, color, lighting, materials selection, and custom furniture.
· Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
· Communication and presentation skills.
· Project management skills.
What you’ll do:
· Manage or assist with design projects from concept through construction.
· Interpret and translate customer needs into solutions.
· Develop customer mood boards.
· Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
· Curate customer finishes and fixtures.
· Manage design profiles online.
· Supervise work progress.
· Work closely with designers, architects and our construction team.
· Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
