Seeking Japanese Bilingual Business Planning candidates. Entry level to Senior Management
Looking for Native or near Native Japanese speakers (JLPT N2). Previous Automotive/Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong Excel. Accounting Degree/Business preferred.
- Create and modify short term and long term budget
- Create and modify company’s business plan
- Perform general analysis of financial statements
- Assist Cost Accounting database management
- Accurately complete reports and presentations
- Analyze operational data and create variance report to top management.
- Reconcile data discrepancies and correct errors of all related areas.
- Participate in meetings to track management’s direction and to ensure that it is in line with the Company’s motives.
- Communicate and Coordinate corporate strategic business plan to all departments
- Communicate with Parent Company in Japan and in U.S.
- Monitor and track facility operations, performances, projects and status of operation.
- Coordinate schedule and gather/check all business plan
- Coordinate evaluation meeting for Improvement Plan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $60.00 per hour
