What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Representative Bilingual position at Compassion Health Care?
Summary and Responsibilities:
The Patient Service Representative will be a member of the front desk team and will participate in all duties associated with providing access to services. Duties include greeting patients and visitors, patient registration/check out, taking payments, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing customer service. Will be cross-trained in the areas of medical records, referrals, medication assistance and other areas of the organization as needed.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Minimum of one-year medical office experience; eClinicalWorks experience a plus.
Knowledge/Skills: Excellent customer service/communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to multi-task are required. Experience with electronic medical records software is preferred.
Preference will be given to individuals who are bilingual.

Full time position with Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends or Holidays.
