What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Trainer position at Compel Fitness?
Services all clients, guides and motivates clients to reach their ultimate goal and peak fitness potential, assess and evaluate client's fitness needs and centers a program that fits around them, provide nutritional advice as well as program design for all cardiovascular activities and resistance training. Personal trainers must have a strong understanding of the functions and vital processes of the human body so they can effectively design and deliver personal nutrition and physical fitness training programs. Must be energetic and motivating, always encouraging their clients to reach maximum performance. Top performers who demonstrate leadership ability will have the opportunity to promote to an advance level position.
Job Duties
- Performs monthly assessments and evaluations of every client
- Makes specific and progressive program design for every client regardless of goal and frequency
- Performs 40 or more training sessions in a given pay period
- Keeps the highest amount of professionalism at all times
- Must retain and motivate current and new clientele
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate will have:
- One or more certification(s) as a Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR certified
- Personal Training experience preferred
- Successful completion of criminal background check required
- Strong communication skills
Income:
