Compex Legal Services is looking to hire a full-time Order Processing Specialist. This key position reports to the and will help with ensuring timely and accurate completion client orders.

An Order Processing Agent I works with Case Managers to process legal documents issued to non-parties to be used by lawyers in litigation cases.
- Minimum typing 55wps with accuracy
- Capabilities to research via internet, Texas Secretary of State, Texas Department of Insurance, etc.
- Quality communication and grammar skills to communicate with managers and others
- Review of printed documents verify they are on correct subject and are complete
- Keen eye to details and editing
- Preparation of all forms per the client preferences to ensure the forms are specific to firm and party
- Review of final request packages to confirm all documents are correct and product is presentable
- Must be able to e-File documents accurately and efficiently with the appropriate court
- Email opposing parties professionally and correctly
- Back-up to Case Assistants, Problem Records Specialists with custodian calls, invoices and filing; Order Processing with scanning, combining documents, notifications to clients, and preparation of final products for client delivery
