(RN) Registered Nurse- Leadership Opportunity

·       Weekend Warrior- Part time (HIGHER PREMIUM RATE)

·       Overnight Supervisor/Floor- Full time or Part time 11p-7a

·       Admissions Nurse (hands on) 3p-11p Monday through Friday ONLY

Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse- Leadership Opportunity:

·             Administering treatments and documentation

·             Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs

·             Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs

·             Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate

·             Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential

·             Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents

·             All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse- Leadership Opportunity:

  • Must have an active RN license in the state of PA
  • RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred.
  • Point-Click Care
