Now Hiring: (RN) Unit Manager
Job Type: Full time 40 hours salaried
Shift Type: 7-3 (with on-call rotation once every six weeks)
Responsibilities of the (RN) Unit Manager:
- Excellent supervisory/managerial skills
- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications of the (RN) Unit Manager:
- At least one year of experience as an RN/RN Sup/RN Unit Manager in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.
- Have an active RN license in Connecticut.
- Strong management skills.
