NOW HIRING: Social Worker

The social worker will work with residents in the nursing home by identifying their psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs and providing, developing, and/or aiding in accessing services to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Getting residents involved in beneficial activities.
  • Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
  • Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
  • Participating in training, supervision, and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Social Work is required.
  • Must be a LSW or LCSW in the state of New Jersey
  • Preferred experience in long-term care or nusing facility.
  • Strong organizational skills as evidenced by the ability to multi-task
