JOB TITLE: Information Technology Consultant

Part to Full Time Position (roughly 20-40 hours per week depending demand and employee desire)

Location: Remote, Onsite at bank locations (as needed)

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: President

Summary: Complete Compliance, Inc. is looking for a new team member to provide IT consulting services to our community bank clients. Consultant would work as directed by CCI’s clients to help with the management of each client’s specific IT Program. Onsite work will be required as needed by each specific client with most hours worked offsite. Consultant will have flexibility to manage their own schedule aligning to their client’s needs and will ultimately report to CCI’s President. Position is available immediately. This is an hourly part time position.

The IT consultant will provide the following for each of their community bank clients:

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors
  • Manage external IT audits and exams
  • Manage exceptions found and follow-up needed from external audits and exams
  • Manage policies and procedures
  • Develop and manage IT Risk Assessments
  • Project management including implementation of new products or services
  • IT troubleshooting with clients
  • Lead IT Committee
  • Develop and maintain IT Strategic Plan
  • Perform Information Security Training for bank staff including phishing emails and malware
  • Manage IT Incident Response Plan
  • Review reports received from vendors and provide synopsis to senior management
  • Monitor user access across all systems
  • Manage client’s assets list including all hardware and software inventory

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
