Medical Receptionist/Scheduler

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Rapid City, SD

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Greet & register patients in a prompt, pleasant & helpful manner
  • Provide walk-in patients with various solutions
  • Respond to routine requests for information
  • Assist patients so that all can be seen within targeted time & schedule
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect co-pays
  • Complete registration paperwork

Qualifying Skills:

  • Bilingual Helpful
  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Computer skills
