Hospice Clinic is looking for a full-time CNA
Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 - 3:00
Temp to Hire Contract role
Responsibilities
- Required to travel to people' homes and treat patient in facility as well. Mileage is reimbursed.
- Assists with personal hygiene--bathes, grooms (hair and nails), provides oral hygiene, checks skin integrity.
- Performs patient transfers, turns, etc. while ensuring safety of patient and self.
- Takes vital signs and weights as directed.
- Ambulates patients as appropriate and does range of motion exercise as directed.
- Provides care consistent with written instructions as outlined in patient’s care plan.
Qualifications:
- Drivers License/ Insurance/ Safe Driving Record
- Current Texas CNA Certification
- CPR Certification
- Hospice and Home Health experience Preferred
