Responsibilities
- Month-end financial statement close:
- Cash Reconciliation o Payroll Reconciliation o Credit Card Reconciliation o Prepaid Reconciliation o Fixed Assets Reconciliation o Other Assets Reconciliation o AR/Revenue Reconciliation
- Intercompany Reconciliation & Elimination o Expense Analytics
- Purchase Order “PO” generation
- Experience with job costing and identifying direct/indirect expenses
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Provide support during annual external financial statement review
- Provide ad-hoc support to finance, project management and operations as needed
- Special analytical projects as required by BES
- BS Degree preferred
- 3 years’ experience
- Project accounting/construction industry experience highly preferred
- Advanced Excel experience
- Viewpoint experience (or similar construction GL platform)
- Self-motivated and able to deliver on tasks
- Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and reliable
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to communicate positively & effectively
- Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Business or Accounting degree preferred
Salary : $95,000
