What You Bring to the Team:
· Minimum of three years' experience in mortgage lending or closely related field
· Originate, process and close conventional mortgage loan types such as purchase, refinance, home equity and land purchases
· Ability to complete mortgage applications end to end
· Prepare preliminary disclosure documents
· Order title research reports, appraisals, survey and pest inspection reports
· Ability to read and understand appraisal, survey and pest reports
· Order flood certificates and tax contracts
· Ability to understand title commitments
· Preparation of closing documents
· Work closely with Title companies to prepare closing documents

As an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be an excellent active listener, outstanding communicator, and master problem solver. Your skills and responsibilities will include negotiating mortgage and home equity loans and working toward mutual goals for the member. Additionally, you will support a positive and productive work environment by advancing management's directives and consistently demonstrating a positive example for others by representing the brand to the team daily.
