Job Summary:

Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join my team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting processes, Quickbooks and Excel knowledgable. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support and assist with various administrative tasks.

Experience:

- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Currently just looking for someone part time 16 hours, 3 days per week. In person only.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
