What is a Licensing Assistant?
A Licensing Assistant helps our clients obtain various business and professional licenses nationwide, reviews and analyzes information from multiple sources and communicates with clients and licensing agencies via phone and email. They thoroughly understand government applications and regulatory requirements and help our clients navigate them while providing outstanding service. They also conduct thorough and accurate research, call government agencies and communicate with clients about their projects. A Licensing Assistant ensures the timely and accurate filing of client applications to government agencies via paper and electronic means, accurately records and tracks the status of pending license applications through the entire project timeframe and communicates status externally and internally.

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year office experience with demonstrated growth in the position
Minimum of 1 year experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
High level of initiative and independence
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to accomplish goals with minimal supervision, both independently and as a team
Aptitude and drive to learn something new!!

Job Type: Full-time positions available
Salary: Starting base pay $17.00 per hour plus production based ICP (Incentive Compensation Plan) which averages an additional $0.63 - $2.74 per hour
