Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Male Compliance Officer with strong administrative skills to join our team. This hybrid role combines compliance oversight with administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report client compliance and non-compliance to appropriate agencies.
  • Enroll clients in drug testing and alcohol monitoring services.
  • Collect payments as needed.
  • Manage front office operations, greet clients, and direct them appropriately.
  • Collaborate with community partners, including state and federal probation, child and family services, and the courts.
  • Perform observed urinalysis collections.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, coworkers, court officials, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records.

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Minimum of 2 years of public relations experience.
  • Proficiency with software systems, databases, invoicing, fee collection, and spreadsheets.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in work tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Military, Criminal Justice, administrative, or Social Services.
  • Prior experience with urine collection and testing.
  • Knowledge of business processes.
  • Background in a criminal justice setting or related education.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting wage: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour, based on experience and education.
  • Performance-based wage increase after six months and at one year.
  • Annual performance reviews with potential wage increases.
  • Incentive bonuses for installs, starting 30 days after hire, if competent in certain installs.
  • Voluntary on-call pay, generously compensated.

Physical Requirements

  • Handling and processing specimens.
  • Following Universal Precautions to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
  • Sitting for 50% or more of the time while using a computer and completing office work.
  • Standing for 50% or more of the time while collecting specimens.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with slight flexibility for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
