Job Description:

  • This position, DSEMS/DADS Applications Support Administrator, consists of duplicating media (CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Rays).
  • Labeling, making/burning, and maintaining copies of media and media builds.
  • Systematically organization of the media and shipping the media. The media contains different types of software or patches that end users need to perform tasking's for their jobs.
  • Additionally, will be responsible for creating customer accounts for our local systems (Patches: NIPR & SIPR for ESS Protected Collection; MHS : NIPR; Metastore [for GCCS-J DADS] : NIPR; and GCCS-J DADS : SIPR) and processing tickets (ITSM : NIPR and Remedy : SIPR).
