Job Description

Comprehensive Integrated Care is seeking a full-time Scheduler to join our Centralized Scheduling team. Workdays for this position are Monday to Friday. This position is primarily responsible for accurately scheduling all patient surgeries in an efficient and timely manner, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phones, maintaining provider and procedural schedules, updating/obtaining insurance information and medical records, and performing other duties as assigned while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of scheduling experience, excellent attendance, and the ability to multitask. If you can learn quickly, problem solve, and greet patients with a friendly, comforting demeanor while continually contributing to improving our patient experience,

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of scheduling experience is required.
• Prior experience with EMR preferred but not required.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service skills.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers.
