As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we’re looking for an experienced DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SERVICES. You will be responsible for the following:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director of Corporate Services will have management responsibility for leading a team of costing and pricing solution engineers in the implementation of solutions supporting existing and new client customers both in the automotive and industrial verticals.

Calculate labor, equipment, facility, and expense requirements based on warehousing design assumptions. Develop process flows, concept of operations and value propositions consistent with the win strategy and cross functionally work with internal key-stakeholders to develop concept of systems.

Responsible for the design of the solution to include resource, labor, and financial modeling as well as pricing to develop cost and pricing models.

Lead the costing and pricing solutions group to respond to request for proposal opportunities that includes response document and pricing of strategic business solution(s).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of the business
• Proficient in Third Party Services including sequencing, kitting, repack, deconsolidation, and bulk and small lot metering
• Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain Model (i.e., Part Sequencing, Sub Assembly, Cross Docking, Operation Management, Logistics, Warehousing, and Material Handling)
• Experience developing and implementing cross-functional metrics
• Demonstrated success in supply chain and logistics process improvement activities
• Exceptional customer interfacing skills
• Demonstrated team building, leadership, talent development, and mentoring skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and follow up skills
• Proven skill in using data to make fact-based decisions and drive business cases approvals
• Exceptional time management, program management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Travel is required
• Position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Bonita Springs, Florida

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering required. MBA preferred.

INDUSTRY ASSOCIATED EXPERIENCE:

• Must have prior Warehousing, Logistics and/or Third-Party Logistics experience
• Automotive, Sub-Assembly and Sequencing experience is REQUIRED
• Costing and Pricing Solutions Design experience is REQUIRED
