Job Posting for Director of Clinical Services at Comprehensive Medical Home Care
Comprehensive Medical Home Care is seeking a Full Time RN to oversee and direct the clinical operations at the agency. A minimum of 2 years of Home Health is required. This position ensures excellent quality of care is being delivered to our patients by following the Plan of Care as ordered by the Physician. The Director of Clinical Services (DOCS) supervises the Clinical Management team and clinical personnel to ensure agency is compliant with all state and federal regulations regarding Home Health Care. The DOCS implements and maintains administrative practices working closely with the administrator to enhance profitability, provide motivation, and retention of our quality staff. This position acts as a liaison between owner, management staff, field staff and other departments throughout the agency. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, leadership skills, be knowledgeable in home health regulations and guidelines, respectful, organized, and be willing to assist others when needed.
