Account Relations Specialist

Compensation: $20-$22 hourly with excellent benefits and a flexible work schedule.

Position Overview: We are rapidly growing, and we are looking for someone to grow with us. We are currently seeking a highly proficient and experienced Account Relations Specialist to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with nursing homes and other senior facilities staff members, policyholders, and policyholder families
• Accounts receivable making calls and/or correspondence in an educational manner
• Provide customer service regarding account issues and supporting in making premium payments
• Complete tasks with accuracy and within a timely manner
• Various additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

- High school graduate or equivalent

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong organization skills

- Detail oriented

- Strong and quality customer service skills

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, but also able to accept direction on given assignments.

- Complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy
